Without the information below, I cannot help you properly. Topics without details are often ignored. I am not a fortune teller. Fill this out completely for every issue.



1. Your computer
• Type: Windows / Mac / Linux (Ubuntu, etc.)
• Model: (e.g., MacBook Pro, Dell XPS…)
• Chip / CPU:
• Memory (RAM):
• Operating system + version:

(Extra only if relevant: GPU, firmware/BIOS)



2. The problem
• What exactly happens?
• What should happen instead?
• When does it happen? (at startup, when clicking X, etc.)
• Since when? (after update / new installation / change…)
• Can you reproduce it? If yes, how?



3. Evidence
• Error message: copy the exact text
• Log file: attach as a file, not as separate text lines

Where logs are usually found:
• Windows: C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\PROGRAM\Logs
• macOS: ~/Library/Logs/PROGRAM
• Linux: ~/.local/share/PROGRAM/logs or /var/log



What DOES NOT work
• “It doesn’t work anymore”
• “It worked yesterday”
• “Everything broke after the update”

If you provide even a small part of your computer specifications, we can at least try to help. Without any information, we can’t help you.
