To provide a better gameplay experience, the inZOI team has continuously identified and addressed various issues throughout the development process.
The list below contains issues that we are currently aware of and actively working to resolve.

Gameplay
When continuing from a save file, items may not be placeable for sale at resale stores.
Creations with 100% progress in the “Create” activity may not be sellable.
Events where other Zois visit may intermittently fail to register in the schedule.
Events where other Zois visit , such as the Trick-or-Treat event, may not function properly at Heaven Hill Apartments and City Nest Apartments in Bliss Bay.
When using the Edit City feature to assign a Youtube video to a billboard, the video may not play.
Certain statues cannot be placed on apartment.
When performing “Fish 5 times in a row,” all attempts after the first one fail.
If a Zoi gets into a traffic accident involving a motorcycle, the other driver’s outfit may suddenly change.
The “Skip” button does not appear during the childbirth cutscene.
Character
When using the “Randomize” option, a Zoi’s appearance may occasionally disappear.
Build Mode
Special effects placed inside swimming pools may not appear correctly depending on the camera angle.
(Mac Only) When deleting the entire property in Build Studio, the floor flickers.
Canvas
Canvas may not function properly if inZOI is not updated to the latest version. Please update the game via your platform’s store.
Modkit
UI
When multiple reward pop-ups appear at the same time, they may overlap.
Other Issues
If you meet the system requirements but still see “Insufficient video memory” error when launching the game, it may be caused by accumulated data such as web cache, mods, or Canvas download files.
How to fix
Delete the entire webcache_4430 folder under C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local\BlueClient\Saved

If you’re using mods, temporarily disable all mods and try launching again.
